Account and Data Deletion Instructions

You have the right to request the complete deletion of your account and all associated personal data.

How to request deletion:

In-App: Open the AI Lawyers Diary app, navigate to Settings > Profile, and tap "Delete Account".

Via Email: Send an email to muneebotixlabs.support@gmail.com from the email address associated with your account. Use the subject line "Account Deletion Request".

What data is deleted:

Upon request, we will permanently delete your account credentials, profile information, case notes, and all uploaded legal documents (User-Generated Content) from our active Firebase databases within 30 days.

What data is kept (Retention):

We may retain anonymized usage data and financial transaction records (such as your Google Play/RevenueCat subscription receipts) strictly for tax, legal, and auditing purposes. This retained data cannot be linked back to your personal identity.
